Hello, please allow me to introduce myself! My name is Emma Lansley, BPhil, AMACCPH, Dip.Counsellor & Psychotherapist, Dip.CBT.

I have been successfully counselling and coaching clients for the private and public sectors for quite a number of years now. I have helped lots of people to move on with their lives, using a combination of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

 If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life, and coping mechanisms.

I really value using CBT and NLP to help my clients because they are both known as 'short therapy' and as the name suggests, and depending on the problem, clients don't require many sessions to see and feel the benefits.
